    How to Boil Eggs

The secret to how to make hard boiled eggs is to add a little salt to the water. These hard boiled eggs are ready for your Easter egg basket and easy to peel.

    Ingredients

    Preparation

      • Fill a small saucepan with enough cold water to cover the eggs. Add a quarter teaspoon of salt. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat and boil for three minutes. Remove from heat and let eggs cool in water, about 20 minutes.
      • When cool enough to handle, lift eggs out of the water with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate. Dip in egg coloring for your Easter egg basket, or simply crack and peel to eat.
